This time, we are giving you a few amazing green juice recipes (that you can make with or without a juicer) and an amazing workout/good jams playlist!

Drinking green juices have so many benefits! Some of the most important to note are: improved digestion, improved skin health, reduced inflammation and boosted immunity. Experts suggest to drink them on an empty stomach in the morning, as it will let your body absorb the nutrients easily and more quickly.
Both of these juices are able to be made in either a blender or a juicer. (just keep in mind to peel any ingredients fully that are inserted into the blender)
1. HEARTY GREEN JUICE (NO FRUIT):
-Kale
-Spinach
-Romaine
-Cucumber
-Celery
-Parsley
Blend/juice however much of each ingredient you would like and add just a hint of the Parsley. There is no exact formula for this, we suggest putting more of whatever you like the best, in! We like this recipe because it includes no fruit, which makes it lower in carbohydrates & natural sugars!
2. FRUITY GREEN JUICE:
-Kale
-Green Apple
-Pineapple
-Parsley
-Mint
-Cucumber
-Celery
-Ginger
-Hint of Lemon Juice
This recipe is a bit sweeter due to the fruit, so most people will find this one more enjoyable to drink!
