All orders received before 1m ET Monday-Friday will begin processing the same day, and orders received after 1pm ET will begin processing the following business day, pending credit verification. Orders received after 1pm on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. Most orders are shipped the next business day. Transit times do not include weekends or holidays, and weekend deliveries are not available. Once Cloak & Dagger has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.
Please Note: Items purchased online are eligible for exchange or refund within 10 days. Items purchased IN STORE are eligible for store credit only.
Taxes/Duties/Refused Shipments (for International Shipments):
You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Cloak & Dagger is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Cloak & Dagger, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Cloak & Dagger. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
All prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. How to Send Back Your Item for an Exchange
Please indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/size. We also recommend placing your exchange on hold with customer service so it does not sell out while we await your package. Just call us or send an email with your order number and the item/size you would like on hold.
Keeping Your Items in Returnable Condition
Please try your best to maintain items in pristine condition. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
Swimmear & Lingerie
Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective strip.
Tops & Dresses
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service within 24 hours.
We do not accept returns on consumable products that have been used, including perfume, cosmetics, and other beauty products.
CLOAK & DAGGER only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from the designer. Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects. Products subject to distressing as part of the styling are also subject to increased chance of defect and do tend to wear out faster than normal.
