Oh if we had all the money in the world.....
Whimsical, quirky, and eclectic- India Mahdavi's work is to die! Seemingly straight off a Wes Anderson set, India's work is the perfect play on color, shape and texture that we are oh so inspired by. We hope by introducing you to her work, that we leave you inspired too.

With a focus on color, shapes and illusions, Mahdavi has managed to create an authentic, futuristic effect for her furniture and spaces, while channeling vintage vibes.  We love her 50s inspired low seating, powder pink and gold accents on these chairs!!  Yes, please!

India's main inspiration for her pieces comes from her affinity for color, which she credits to her Irano-Egyptian background. She believes that color is “the best way to bring sunshine into a space”.

The coolest aspect about what India Mahdavi does (in our opinion) is that, not only does she design furniture and decorate, but she creates bold, interesting installations and spaces that bring a vision to life. Each time someone walks into an India Mahdavi- designed space, it's as if they are walking into a different world. With restaurants, bars, boutiques and hotels under her belt, Mahdavi has proven that she can transform any area to fit the desired "vibe". Some notable brands she has collaborated with include Dolce and Gabbana, Valentino Red, and Ralph Pucci International.

Currently, Mahdavi owns and manages her own studio, showroom and shop in Paris on the rue Las Cases; this where all of the magic happens. She is bound to dream up some more incredible ideas, and we can't wait to see what she creates next!
