Winter can be a MEGA DRAG sometimes. We get so caught up in holiday stress and cold weather that we tend to hide away and neglect what makes our bodies and minds happy. So to ensure that we're all in tip top shape and level headed, Here are some tips for creating a productive and relaxing environment to thrive in.

 

1. GO OUTSIDE

 

We get it, Its cold! But its super crucial that you get out of the house. Get out of the stuffy apartment and go clear your head in the park, or just take a walk around your neighborhood and dose off for a bit. It relieves stress and you'll get in a good amount of walking and exercise.

 

2. What's the Tea?

Replacing your usual hot chocolates and lattes with a warm herbal beverage. You'll be consuming healthier drinks and it works better for those under the weather days!

 

4. Work it out!

Winter is a time notorious for packing on the pounds (DAMN YOU THANKSGIVING). Keep yourself in shape by going to the gym, Joining a yoga class, or simply going for a run with your girls! Don't let this winter get you lazy! You'll thank us when summer comes back! ;)

 

4. Be a Plant Mom

Plants and flowers are a good way to brighten up your home, and the art of plant keeping is super therapeutic and is a good stress reliever. Buy some indoor plants, Nurture your indoor plants, Talk to your indoor plants. You'll feel alot less stressed when you have to worry about something else. Your home will also look alot better!

 

5. Let's Go shopping

Shopping is every girls favorite exercise! while everyone hides away at home take a trip to your favorite boutiques (cough cough) and local shops to avoid crowds and long lines. And also to get in some retail therapy(And cute ass clothes!)!
