THE BARDOT DRESS
The Cloak & Dagger Bardot Dress was designed in our East Village studio and launched in July 2022: a classic boat-neck mini with a slight bell sleeve, inspired by the effortless cool of Brigitte Bardot in 60's French New Wave films. Made in small batches right here in NYC, it sold out fast and became our best seller within weeks. It's been a C&D icon ever since. Sustainably handmade with deadstock & vintage fabrics in Manhattan. Lots of lookalikes have popped up since. But there's only one original, and it was born on East 9th Street. 🇫🇷🗽
